Watercolour - Urban Sketching Workshop
Saturday June 29th from 10am - 1pm
The Tutor is the talented Watercolour Artist, Gail Shaw, who will be sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for Urban Sketching.  Gail will give an overview of urban sketching and the materials that can be used.  This session will appeal to all comers, those who are already actively involved with urban sketching, and also to those with no experience but are keen to get involved.
Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non members.  Payment can be made on line (payment code WCS2906) or at DAB.  Pre registration is necessary.


Pottery Workshop
Saturday July 6th, 9am - 12 noon
The Tutor is Jeanette Warwick, who will be demonstrating the fun glazing technique of 'bubble glazing'".  Come along and take home your own glazed plate.  All materials are provided.  This session is ideal for those with experience in pottery and want to learn a new technique, but is also aimed at those who are new to pottery and want to give it a go.
Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non members.  Pre registration is necessary so our tutor can prepare the plates.  Payment can be made on line (payment code PUP067) or at DAB.


Flow-Art Workshops - 2 x one-off workshops in July School Holidays
Friday July 5th & Friday July 12th, 10am - 1pm
The Tutor is Wendy Wajer, a talented artist with experience in many art forms including acrylic flow art, ceramics and pottery.  These workshops are suitable for adults and high school students from 12 years old.  You will explore different techniques to produce flowing, swirling colours on canvas.  Each participant will complete 3 canvases.
Cost is $55 per person and includes paint only.  Participants are to bring their own canvases, 30 x 30cm, 35 x 25cm, or something of a similar size.  Canvases can usually be obtained from Prices Plus in the old Woolworths Mossman Shopping Centre.
