The Peter Culley Award was created to honour the memory of Peter Culley, a founding tutor at DAB.
The award was given to Rosemary Gotts (on the left) as the DAB artist who has shown the most commitment and improvement for 2014.
The DAB President for 2014, Liz Showniruk is on the right.
