A weekend of workshops coming up - Mosaics and Basketweaving

Richard Mustchin is conducting a basketweaving workshop on Saturday 5th December. Richard has had extensive experience in basketweaving including: Cocos Beachbags made from Coconut Frond, Standard & Hanging Rattan Planters; Utility Baskets, coloured milled rattan miniatures. If you have some friends or family visiting, bring them along.The more the merrier ! Perhaps you could make a basket or bowl as a Christmas Gift. Semester 2 Program Guide is AVAILABLE

Some exciting new courses will be offered at DAB in the second semester. To download the program guide, CLICK HERE

DAB has received funding from the Regional Arts Fund to hold a 10 week workshop in Textile Arts with professional textile artist Debbie Rasmussen. The fabulous creations made during this course will be displayed in an exhibition at the Mossman Council Chambers in October. This course is offered at a special discount for all participants, so there pensioner discount does not apply....
